Basic insulation level with 42 mm of glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips and optimized with Sapa Thermo N9 insulating strips Fire-resistant structures must be fitted with approved fire-resistant glass or infill panels approved for the building system. The fire rated glass can be combined with glass for burglar resistance or acoustic insulation. Also with rebate for double and triple glazing units for low U-values. Glass thickness max. 49 mm.
Doors
Door leaf profiles are available for narrow and modular locks with maximum door leaf dimensions of 1350 x 2928 mm. For double-leaf doors the maximum outside width of the door leafs is 2683 mm. The doors can be designed with anti-finger trap. Doors can be classified for smoke control class Sa, S200 (earlier called Sm). Door sill are available in several alternatives, but the doors can also be mounted with brush seal with no door sill.
Glazed elements
Glazed wall elements have no length limitation and a maximum height of 4620 mm.
Doors and entries should be designed with enough space (clear dimension) for person traffic and to facilitate passage in a wheel chair. Applicable standards and requirements should be taken into account.

D with lap but hinge= 145 alt. 148 mm with replaceable rebate profiles
E = 67 mm or 70 mm with replaceable rebate profiles
In order to reduce the risk of injury due to squeezing, we have developed a solution based on a socalled anti-finger trap edge. Applicable standards and requirements should be taken into account.
